Prototeck Engineering Associates Inc. was retained by Canadian Business Creativity to provide municipal engineering services for the proposed development located at 691 Fanshawe Park Road East, within an established single-family residential neighbourhood. 

  • The proposed development consists of one (1) four-unit stacked townhouse and one (1) six-unit stacked townhouse, with a total of eleven (11) on-site parking spaces located between the two townhouse blocks, designed to satisfy the applicable parking requirements. 

    Using the available topographic survey and the Final Architectural Site Plan, Prototeck prepared the required base drawings to support the design of the grading plan, servicing plan, and stormwater management system, including the associated Stormwater Management Report. The proposed grading design is coordinated with adjacent property line elevations and provides positive drainage throughout the site to ensure effective surface water management. 

    In addition, Prototeck prepared a preliminary Stormwater Management Brief, which was referenced and discussed during the pre-application consultation process.
