Perth Condominium Corporation No. 2, located at 11 Cobourg Street in the City of Stratford, is a nine-storey residential building comprising 28 residential units and one commercial unit. Completed between 1984 and 1985, and officially registered as a condominium corporation in 1988, the property includes two levels of underground parking.
Situated on a square-shaped lot adjacent to the Avon River, the property features a small, landscaped area at the front and visitor parking at the rear. The residential units are distributed across Levels 2 to 8, with the mechanical penthouse located on Level 9. Key features of the building include concrete construction, elevator access to all floors, and several common areas.
